Perfect and kind staff as one would expect. The location is unbeatable and super, next to restaurants, playgrounds, shops and the Port of Airlie marina as well as plenty of gorgeous dining spots of all kind - couldn't be better...

The staff were brilliant even when we first got there our bags were carried and we were shown to our room. Friendly staff and very helpful.

The location is just a short walk from a variety of dining options, the swimming enclosure, and the Port of Airlie. It's also conveniently close to the ferry terminal and the lively center of the village filled with restaurants. being in Airlie Beach adds to the charm of the stay.

The photos that you have of the hotel showing a beautiful seaside from the apartments and the pool are not accurate. Instead of a seaside resort, there is a dirt construction lot across the street. It was not appealing at all, and we felt betrayed, as the whole purpose of choosing this facility was due to the pictures. We felt it was worth the extra money to be able to have a great seaside view.

The staff were very helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean with all of the ammenities you could want. It was around the corner from the bus stop that took you to many tours and activities. Also, the lagoon and shopping were only a few minutes walk from the facility. We would reccommend this place to others, but they do need to be aware of the construction across the street. There is no ocean view that shows on the photos. You can see water, but it is at a distance.

Location was brilliant, everything within walking distance. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly and the apartments were very spacious, stylish and clean.

Well situated at the southern end of town, and handy to all amenities, John and Colleen were great and helpful resort managers and John the golf on Hamilton Island was also good, plenty of space in the rooms and well stocked teas and coffees etc. Thanks for help and support
